About Cases
Cases are the core of Arcaforge. This page explains how they work, how drop probabilities are set, and what you can do with the items you receive.

What is a case?
A case is a sealed set of items, each with a published drop probability. When you open a case, our provably fair system selects one item according to those weighted chances, and you can verify the result afterward.
You can open a single case or several at once, and each open is settled independently.
How drop probabilities are set
Every item belongs to a rarity tier, from consumer grade to contraband. Rarer tiers have lower drop chances and higher reference value. The exact percentage for each item is always shown before you open.
Drop probabilities never change based on how much you have played, your balance, or whether you have received valuable items recently.
Case modes
Some cases let you pick a mode. Standard uses the case's published probabilities. Booster shifts probabilities toward the better items. Jester gives every item in the case the same chance. The mode you choose is shown before you open and is factored into the price.
Daily free cases
As you level up you unlock free daily cases. They cost nothing to open but need a recent credit purchase on your account to stay active, and each tier is capped so free play stays fair.
What happens to your items
Items you receive are added to your inventory. From there you can keep them, convert them into credits, use them in the upgrader, enter them in a case battle, or exchange them for other skins.
You can also request delivery of eligible items as CS2 skins to your Steam account through a trade offer. Delivery requires identity verification and a valid Steam trade URL, and depends on market availability.
Use responsibly
Opening cases is digital entertainment, not a way to earn income. Set credit-purchase and spending limits for yourself, take a break when you need one, and treat every purchase as entertainment spending, never as an investment.
