Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Arcaforge, a digital entertainment platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Object of the platform
Arcaforge provides a digital environment for content, interaction, and recreational use of virtual cases (loot boxes), inventory features, and related software tools. The platform does not intermediate, operate, settle, or liquidate bets, games of chance, lotteries, or any arrangement in which a user places value at risk in expectation of a prize tied to the outcome of a sporting or external event.
Nature of the service
Arcaforge is dedicated to purchasing and opening virtual cases containing collectible digital items inspired by CS2 skins. When you open a case you acquire digital entertainment content with randomized contents: the published drop probability of every item is shown before purchase, and every opening delivers an item to your inventory.
The service is strictly recreational digital entertainment. It is not a betting site, sportsbook, casino, lottery, financial product, investment, savings vehicle, or means of earning income.
We do not offer fixed-odds betting under Brazilian Law No. 14,790/2023, do not pay cash prizes, and do not convert credits or items into currency on the platform. Eligible digital items may be delivered to your Steam account as described in the Item delivery section.
What we do not operate
Arcaforge does not provide sports odds, betting tickets, multiples, live betting, cashout, betting wallets, prize pools funded by participants, or any feature equivalent to a regulated betting operator.
Published drop probabilities for case items are transparency information about randomized digital content. They are not sports odds, betting quotes, or promises of financial return.
Prohibited use for betting arrangements
You may not use the platform to organize, advertise, settle, or act as intermediary in bets, financial pools, or any arrangement between users in which money or value is placed at risk on predictions or external results.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, of legal age in your jurisdiction, and legally permitted to use the service. We may restrict or refuse access where the service is not permitted and may request age or identity verification at any time.
Your account
Each person may hold only one account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may sign in with email and password or through Google, Discord, or Steam.
Virtual credits
The platform uses two internal virtual credits. Emerald Coin (EC) is the main credit for acquiring cases, items, and features; as an internal pricing convention, 1 EC corresponds to US$1 for reference only and does not make EC money, electronic currency, or a payment instrument. Bolt Coin (BC) is a promotional credit granted through platform actions and is consumed only after your EC balance when you use the service.
EC and BC bear no interest, are not transferable between accounts, cannot be sold or traded outside the platform, are not betting stakes or wagering balances, and are not redeemable for cash. They exist solely for recreational use within the service.
Purchases and payments
When you buy credits, you pay for a digital service and virtual entertainment credits through our payment provider, Stripe, using a supported card. The amount charged remunerates the purchase of credits for use on the platform. It is not a betting deposit, stake, buy-in, or entry into a financial dispute.
Eligible purchases may grant promotional BC, and a valid referral code may add a bonus for you and the referrer. Purchased credits are intended for consumption on the platform. Refunds, if any, follow applicable law, considering the digital nature of the service and credits already used.
Cases, modes, and randomized outcomes
The platform offers individual or batch case opening, case modes (Standard, Booster, and Jester), and level-based daily free cases. Each case shows the item pool and exact drop probability of every item before opening.
Optional inventory modes include case battles, the upgrader, and the exchanger. They use items and credits you already own under rules and probabilities shown before confirmation. Outcomes may differ in reference value from what you used, including lower values. They are optional entertainment features.
Outcomes are determined by our provably fair system, are random in nature, do not change based on your balance or recently received valuable items, and can be independently verified on the Provably Fair page after the server seed is revealed.
Item delivery
Eligible digital items in your inventory may be delivered to your Steam account as CS2 skins through a Steam trade offer from our delivery provider. Delivery is shipment of a digital good you already own on the platform. It is not a cash payment, prize payout, betting settlement, or financial redemption.
Delivery requires completed identity verification (KYC), a valid Steam trade URL, review, and available market stock. Trade offers must be accepted within roughly ten minutes before they expire.
Affiliate program
You may participate by sharing your personal code or link and receive commission on credit purchases by referred users, credited as EC for platform use. Self-referral, spam, and abusive commission schemes are prohibited.
Responsible use
We provide daily credit-purchase and spending limits, a cool-off period, and self-exclusion. Limit decreases apply immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour waiting period. Controls are enforced on our servers. See the Responsible Use page.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use bots, exploit bugs, create multiple accounts, use stolen payment methods, launder funds, or otherwise abuse the service. Selling, buying, renting, or trading accounts, credits, or items outside the platform is prohibited. We may void affected transactions and act against involved accounts.
Virtual items, risk, and no promise of return
Platform items and credits are licenses to use digital content for entertainment. Displayed values are internal references, may vary, and do not guarantee value, liquidity, or repurchase.
Treat spending as entertainment consumption, not investment. Case contents are random and received items may be worth less than what you spent. Nothing on the platform is investment advice or a promise of gain.
Electronic acceptance and records
You accept these terms electronically. We may record the acceptance with a timestamp, account identifier, document version, IP address, and technical logs needed to evidence consent and the contractual relationship, as permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or applicable law, or where required for security, fraud prevention, or compliance. Credits and items obtained through prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of São Paulo – SP are elected for disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to applicable consumer-protection jurisdiction rules. For questions, contact support@arcaforge.com.br.
