Arcaforge is a digital entertainment platform for opening virtual cases with published drop probabilities. It is not a sportsbook, casino, or fixed-odds betting operator. You purchase virtual credits for recreational use and keep, sell, upgrade, exchange, or request delivery of the items you receive.
Click sign up in the header and register with email and password, or continue with an available provider (for example Google, Discord, or Steam). After that, complete onboarding by choosing a username, confirming you are at least 18, and accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Email sign-ups must confirm their address through a link before signing in.
Yes. You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the service. We may request identity verification when required for security, compliance, or item delivery, and you can enable self-exclusion if you need a break.
Emerald Coin (EC) is your main balance from credit purchases. It is used for standard cases, battles, the upgrader, and the exchanger. Bolt Coin (BC) is promotional credit used in the Bolt Area (BC-priced cases). BC is granted as a standard bonus on credit purchases, through promo codes, and as an extra welcome bonus when someone buys credits with your affiliate code.
Open the wallet from the header, choose a supported currency, enter an amount within the shown minimum and maximum, and pay by card through our secure checkout. You are purchasing virtual entertainment credits. EC is credited once payment is confirmed.
Yes. Every credit purchase may include a standard BC bonus. If you enter a valid affiliate code before paying, the referred user also receives extra BC on that purchase. You cannot use your own code.
Card payments are credited automatically once the payment provider confirms them. If a payment is canceled, no charge is made.
Yes. Every case lists each item and its published drop probability before you open it. These are transparency figures for randomized digital content, not sports betting odds.
Every case open, battle pull, and upgrade is provably fair. A server seed is committed in advance through its hash, then combined with your client seed and a nonce. After playing, you can reveal the seed and re-run the algorithm yourself. The exchanger is a value trade and is not part of provably fair. See the Provably Fair page for the full steps.
Some cases offer modes. Standard uses the published odds. Booster shifts the odds toward the better items. Jester gives every item the same chance. The mode is shown before you open and is reflected in the price.
The upgrader lets you stake inventory items and optional EC for a chance at a higher-value item. The success chance is shown before you confirm. If the upgrade fails, the staked items and EC are lost.
Players join a battle by paying an EC entry cost, then open the same cases at the same time. The rule decides who wins: Standard awards the pool to the highest total value, Cursed awards it to the lowest, and Shared distributes roughly equal total value across players.
The exchanger lets you trade items you own for other catalog items. If the items you give are worth more than the ones you receive, the remainder is credited to your balance as EC.
Keep them in your inventory, sell them back for EC, use them in the upgrader, trade them in the exchanger, or request delivery to Steam when eligible.
Open your inventory in your profile and sell items individually or all at once. The EC value is credited immediately at the item's acquisition value.
Set your Steam trade URL in your profile, complete and pass identity verification, then request delivery from your inventory. Eligible items are sent through our delivery provider after processing. Item delivery must be enabled on the platform.
Approved identity verification is required before item delivery, for fraud prevention and legal compliance. We request only the documents necessary for those purposes.
As you level up you unlock free daily cases. They cost no EC to open, but you need at least one completed credit purchase and another completed purchase within the last 30 days to keep them active. Each case also has its own cooldown between claims. When you approach the free-case winnings budget, odds may be adjusted.
Yes. Under Account → Responsible Use you can set a daily credit-purchase limit and a daily spending limit. The spending limit applies to cases, battles, and the upgrader, not the exchanger. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising or removing one only applies after a 24-hour waiting period.
You can start a cool-off or self-exclude for a period you choose, or permanently. Both block credit purchases, cases, battles, the upgrader, and the exchanger. Self-exclusion also blocks item deliveries and affiliate balance redemption. A cool-off can be extended but not shortened or ended early; the same applies to self-exclusion.
The bell in the header keeps an inbox of items won, completed or failed credit purchases, level-ups, withdrawal updates, battle cancellations, promo rewards, and affiliate earnings.
Share your referral link or code. When someone signs up with your code and buys credits, they can receive extra BC on that purchase. The bonus percentage depends on your affiliate level.
As more referred users stay active and buy credits, you move up affiliate levels. Higher levels increase the BC welcome bonus percentage offered to users who buy credits with your code. When the referral bounty program is enabled, you may also earn a one-time EC bonus after a referred user completes a qualifying purchase and meets minimum activity requirements.
Any affiliate balance appears in the affiliate section of your profile, where you can redeem it as EC. Redemption is blocked while self-exclusion is active.
Go to Account & security in your profile. Enter your new email or new password there. Email changes are confirmed through a link sent to the new address. Password change applies only if your account uses email/password sign-in.
From your profile you can edit your username, avatar, public visibility, language (English or Portuguese), and your Steam trade URL.
Yes. In Account & security, open Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit. This permanently removes your account and related data, including balance, inventory, and history, and cannot be undone.
