Operator
Arcaforge is a product operated by TENEBRIS FORGE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE NÃO CUSTOMIZÁVEL LTDA (“Tenebris Forge”), registered under CNPJ No. XX.XXX.XXX/XXXX-XX, with its registered office at Rua Pais Leme, 215, Pinheiros, São Paulo – SP, CEP 05424-150, Brasil. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Tenebris Forge.
What Arcaforge is
Arcaforge is a digital entertainment platform that provides software, content, and interactive features for opening virtual cases (loot boxes) containing collectible digital items inspired by CS2 skins. Drop probabilities are shown before each purchase, and outcomes can be verified through our provably fair system.
The platform also offers optional inventory features such as case battles, the upgrader, and the exchanger. Payments on Arcaforge remunerate access to digital entertainment and virtual credits for use within the service.
What Arcaforge is not
Arcaforge does not operate a sportsbook, casino, lottery, fixed-odds betting service, betting exchange, betting wallet, or any arrangement in which users place money at risk on the outcome of a sporting or external event in exchange for a cash prize.
We do not offer fixed-odds betting under Brazilian Law No. 14,790/2023, do not pay cash prizes, and do not provide odds, tickets, multiples, live betting, or cashout features typical of regulated betting operators.
Virtual credits and items have no cash value on the platform. The only way to receive something outside the platform is the optional delivery of eligible digital items you already own to your Steam account, subject to verification and review.
Commercial communication
Our public materials are intended to describe digital entertainment and the purchase of virtual credits for recreational use. We do not use commercial communication suggesting that users can obtain financial gain through betting, sports predictions, or economic risk on future events.
