Responsible Use
Arcaforge is digital entertainment. This page explains the controls that help you manage credit purchases and spending, and where to find support if use stops feeling recreational.

18+ only
Arcaforge is for adults aged 18 or over. Cases, battles, and the upgrader involve randomized digital content and real spending on entertainment credits. They are not a way to make money, recover past spending, or obtain financial return.
Credit purchase and spending limits
You can set a daily limit on credit purchases and a daily spending limit on your account. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising or removing one only takes effect after a 24-hour cool-off.
The spending limit applies across the whole platform (cases, battles, and the upgrader), so it cannot be bypassed by switching modes.
Take a break
If you need to step away, you may start a cool-off for a set period. While it is active, you cannot purchase credits or use cases, battles, the upgrader, or the exchanger. It cannot be shortened or cancelled before it ends, only extended.
Self-exclusion
If you want to stop for longer, self-exclusion blocks credit purchases, cases, battles, the upgrader, the exchanger, item deliveries, and affiliate commission redemptions for a period you choose, or permanently. Once active it cannot be lifted until the period ends, and permanent self-exclusion is final.
Manage your controls
All of these tools are available under Account → Responsible Use while you are signed in. Changes are enforced on our servers, not only in the application.
Signs to watch for
Trying to recover past spending, spending more than planned, hiding your use of the platform from people close to you, or feeling anxious about it are signs to take a break. If it stops feeling like entertainment, step away and reach out for support.
Getting help
If you or someone you know has difficulty controlling spending on randomized digital entertainment, free and confidential support is available. In Brazil, Jogadores Anônimos (jogadoresanonimos.com.br) offers support groups. Internationally, GamCare (gamcare.org.uk) and BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org) provide advice and helplines. You may also contact our support team at any time.
